Minard run Oil Company
Minard Run Oil Company, based in Bradford, Pennsylvania, contacted us for our website design services, as well as content management system.
We implemented a brand new look and feel, along with refreshing the content and setting up c80, our content management system.

RAK Computer
RAK Computer, based in Dubois, Pennsylvania, contacted us to subcontract on an IT Services project they were working on, and we gladly accepted.
The portion they needed our help on was a web and xml-based system to get real time inventory levels and costs for their clients' business partners.

Nanipops Store
Nanipops, an existing customer decided they wanted to take their online business to the next level by adding full ecommerce functionality to their site.
We implemented e80, our ecommerce solution to allow them to sell directly online, and see a larger return on their investment!
Their site features the ability to customize products online with a message, and several new product lines.

Deer Traders
The DeerTraders.com group, located in Coudersport, PA, wanted a redesign of their site, to bring the look and feel up to a modern level, as well as add ecommerce functionality.

Barlow's Mill
Barlow's Mill wanted a web presence to showcase their facility and display the natural assets of the area.

ACU-RITE Companies Inc.
ACU-RITE was in need of a redesign, and really wanted the ability to update the site on their own, so we worked with their marketing department to create a more SEO-friendly site.
We implemented c80, so they could update the site themselves, as well as a custom search feature that tracks the most frequent search terms to help ACU-RITE address information that users are looking for, and help new visitors, by showing the list of common search terms for quick searches.
We also helped them to join an email marketing service for ongoing customer communication.
ACU-RITE's marketing department was stellar, and even created the design comp on their own, with no web experience! They were great to work with!

Liberty Pressed Metals
Liberty Pressed Metals recently decided to upgrade their web presence, after several years of neglecting their site. The new site includes many images and fresh content. We placed a very large emphasis on a call to action.

SinterFire
This project was a lot of fun! We did a complete redesign, and added new graphics, and a new video. We had the pleasure of visiting their shooting range to do video of them shooting up a couple cars with a 50 Caliber gun! Very cool stuff. They also showed us the ropes on shooting pistols.

ITG Consultants, Inc.
Working with ITG has been an absolute pleasure! In this project with ITG, we created 4 sites to better represent their distinct business units and the overall company: ITG Consultant Inc., Consulting Services, Protective Services, and Training.

UPB Entrepreneurship Program
The previous Entrepreneurship website was a subsection of the UPB main site. To provide a more demographically focused site, we created a custom design targeted at the younger audience the Major looks to gain.
The site is run on c80 Basic Content Management System.

Chautauqua Giving
This project was a complete redesign where we migrated the previous version of the site, which was running on a blogging engine, to a new design and standard website. The site features several videos, some great design elements, and an online donation feature.

Beacon Light Behavioral health Systems
Beacon Light was in need of a redesign and content reorganization, so we stepped in to help out!
It was a lot of fun working on the design elements for the site and creating a better tool for their organization.

Child Evangelism Fellowship of Maryland
Child Evangelism Fellowship®, also known as CEF®, is a Bible-centered, worldwide organization composed of born-again believers whose three-fold purpose is (1) to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, (2) to help them grow spiritually, (3) and to channel the children into a local church for Christian living.

Kessel Construction, a Design-Build firm located in Bradford, Pennsylvania, was in need of a redesign with updated content.

America's Grape Country
Located along 50 miles of Lake Erie bordering southwestern New York State and Northwestern Pennsylvania, the Lake Erie Grape Region is home to the oldest and largest Concord grape growing region in the world and the largest grape growing region in the United States outside of California. In 2006, the Lake Erie Grape Region became the first Agricultural Heritage Area in New York State.

Nanipops.com
Nanipops Inc. is a manufacturing company located in Shinglehouse, Pennsylvania. They make hand-painted chocolate lollipops to provide schools, clubs, and non-profit organizations a quick and easy fundraiser. Protocol80 was contracted to create an original site that got information about Nanipops on-line in an organized and easy-to-navigate fashion.
Nanipops.com was developed on the .NET 2.0 framework. We used Flash to create the "Featured 'Pops" section, and we also designed the Nanipops logo.

Bradford Township Volunteer Fire Department has a new website with lots of great information! Take a look at the apparatus section for a great tour of their trucks.
This site was developed in ASP.Net 2.0 and includes PayPal donations, and a full web-based content management that allows the VFD to add new pages with images, text, flash, and PDFs.

Veterinary Specialists of Rochester is a hospital in the Monroe Veterinary Associates' network. This site was a complete redesign that includes customer feedback surveys, online referrals, and an administrative section for doctors and staff.

International Training Group
The International Training Group is an absolutely tremendous group of people, dedicated to safety and support for armed forces and executive protection units.
We migrated this site away from the Joomla platform, and provide maintenance services for this site. We also developed an ecommerce component to the site where potential students can register and pay for training courses.

The 3rd version of Zippo.com that we have been a part of, this launch featured:

Zippo Content Management System 3.0
The 3rd version of Zippo's internal custom Content Management System (CMS), and by far the most sophisticated to date! We have had the privilige of developing all 3 versions, the first two being developed in ASP.Net 1.0/1.1 entirely in Dreamweaver, and 3.0 being developed completely in Visual Studio 2005 in ASP.Net 2.0.
This completely redeveloped web application was redesigned from the database up, and included weeks of planning prior to any actual development being done. For Zippo, this was the project was full of firsts:
- first full web application developed in ASP.Net 2.0 in Visual Studio 2005
- first application developed entirely in C# (their new development standard)
- first time using Visual Source Safe for a project
- first time using AJAX in every part of the application possible
- first time using Telerik's r.a.d. Controls suite
Some of the functionality for the system included:
- full user and user permission management with roles
- multi-site management with the capability to publish one content item to multiple sites, in very specific sectiosn of each site
- Complete workflow to handle internal approval of content before it's launched to the site
- System reporting to note workflow bottlenecks and show aging content
- A content manager preference system to track administrator's most common activities in the system, and recommend areas of the system to visit when they log in
- File attachment capabilities to allow attaching PDFs, Videos, Images, Audio, etc... to an article
- A fully documented set of ASP.Net User Controls to be embedded in any new sites created in the system, to make bring a new site online, a snap!
- Fully CSS/Div based controls and system layout
This project was developed at the same time we were implementing Zippo's first Online Store, http://ZippoCaseMuseum.com, and www.Zippo.com, which happened to be the first Zippo website to run completely off of the Zippo CMS 3.0.

This was a huge edition for the Roseart Lighter Company website. It features yet another implementation of e80, protocol 80's Enterprise E-Commerce application. PayPal payment processing was used for the site. This project was subsidized through eBizITPA and NWIRC. The site is also hosted through protocol 80.

ZippoClick.com - Version 3
We have now developed 3 iterations of the Zippo Click Collectors Club website! Each version keeps getting better! This site was completely redesigned, with a new data structure underneath for memberships, as well as a new content management system. The new version uses Cybersource for payment processing and was written in .Net 1.1 (VB.Net) with MS SQL Server as the database.

BRMC's One Road Flash Presentation
This 20+ minute multimedia presentation was designed and developed in Flash 8, with full-length audio narration and 6 embedded video clips. The presentation was later converted into a DVD for distribution.
The original intent of the presentation was for it to be played at a fund raising event at Glendorn, an extremely up-scale venue. We scheduled all of the A/V equipment for the event, and were on hand for two full days prior to the event.

BRMC.com
With a goal of surpassing the web as merely an online brochure this project was very involved. To compliment over 1,000 pages all managed via a custom version of our c80 Content Management System, the hospital also features ecommerce, online donations, online job applications and more!!
One of our longest projects, the entire BRMC website was rewritten through BRMC authors, and their communications department.
The addition of an online gift shop allows friends and family to send gifts to loved ones in the hospital all online.
BRMC.com also features the ability to apply online for open positions at the hospital, along with general applications. Already have a cover letter, and resume? Just attach it to your application!

The second major project that we worked on for Zippo Manufacturing Company, ZippoTricks.com, was a major corporate initiative. This site was an enormous project with several complex components including: a voting system for video clips in Real Media, QuickTime, and Windows Media formats, a member registration process, a chat application, a message board application, a member of the month system, a content management system, and an approval system for submitted video and image files. The design was produced by a third party in image format and completely implemented by our team.
